JCB Joystick Rubber Boot Retainer - OEM
Joystick rubber boot retaining element (retaining ring / boot frame) manufactured to OEM standards, designed for a very wide range of JCB construction and agricultural machinery. This component ensures a tight and secure seating of the rubber boot at the base of the manipulator (joystick).
Significant product features:
- OEM Quality: The use of the original profile and durable material guarantees a perfect fit with the control panel and long-term resistance to cracking under the influence of machine vibrations.
- Ease of Installation: Standardized clips allow for quick, trouble-free replacement of a damaged element directly in the cabin, without the need for specialized tools.

Technical Advice: A broken or loose retainer causes the rubber boot to "wander" up the joystick shaft. The exposed mechanism becomes extremely susceptible to dust and sand brought in on the operator's shoes. Dirt particles act like sandpaper on delicate electronic components (potentiometers) or hydraulic spools, leading to manipulator jamming and costly breakdowns. When replacing the retaining frame, be sure to verify the condition of the rubber boot itself—if it has holes or is perished, absolutely replace it with a new one.
