Pneumatic Seat Air Valve KAB 800 (fits JCB) - OEM 400/A6051
OEM-quality air valve kit for the operator's pneumatic suspension seat for JCB machines fitted with a KAB 800 Series air suspension seat. The valve controls airflow to the seat's air bladder — enabling smooth adjustment of seat suspension stiffness and height to match the operator's weight and working conditions. Compatible with both 12V and 24V compressors. A faulty or leaking valve causes the seat to gradually sink during operation, inability to hold the selected height, or total loss of the pneumatic suspension function. Workshop Technical Tip: The pneumatic seat valve is a wear item susceptible to contamination and fatigue. Symptoms of a faulty valve include: the seat gradually sinking during operation (unable to hold height), inability to inflate the air bladder, or rapid air loss immediately after releasing the adjustment lever. Before replacing the valve, check the entire system for leaks — a cracked or ruptured seat air bladder produces identical symptoms to a defective valve. After replacing the valve, test the adjustment system across the full operator weight range — the seat should hold the selected height stably for several hours of operation.
