Technical Advice: Before installing a new bushing, thoroughly clean the cylinder or arm seat and check if it is "worn out" (ovalized). Installing a new bushing in a deformed seat will lead to cracking during operation. During installation, it is recommended to cool the bushing in a freezer or dry ice, which facilitates seating without the risk of edge damage. Remember to lubricate regularly (according to the technical documentation)—the absence of a lubricant film is the most common cause of pin seizure and bushing seat destruction.
