Technical Advice: Spring bushings operate in areas exposed to heavy loads. When replacing the bushing, always clean the inside of the seat from corrosion and old grease to prevent the bushing from cracking during installation. Remember that while the spring bushing itself does not require constant lubrication like plain bushings, the pin operating inside it should be clean and protected from seizing.
