Lip-type dipper arm pin seal (dust wiper). Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. A protective component mounted at the pivot points of the machine's arm. Its key task is to separate the working surfaces of bushings and pins from harmful external factors, which directly translates into the service life of the kinematic system.

Technical Features:

  • Wear Protection: Effectively blocks sand, dust, water, and mud from entering the housing. This prevents the formation of abrasive paste, which is the leading cause of accelerated wear on dipper pins and bushings.
  • Grease Retention: The sealing lip profile helps maintain a supply of lubricant within the friction zone, reducing the required frequency of equipment lubrication.

It is recommended to replace the dust seal every time a pin is loosened or if grease leakage is observed from the side of the seal. Before installation, thoroughly clean the face of the bushing and the arm surface so that the seal can adhere across its entire width.
