The AZERI PARTS adjustment spacer shim is designed for the precise elimination of play within an excavator's kinematic linkage. Installed in tipping link systems, it effectively removes axial play on pins and bushings. Proper shimming of the mechanism is essential for maintaining attachment operational precision and protecting the main boom components from premature hole wear.

Mechanic's Tip: Failure to regularly check clearances on the tipping link leads to vibrations that destroy pin seals and accelerate bushing wear. When installing 1.2mm shims, ensure that the shim sets on both sides of the link are of similar thickness to maintain operational symmetry. After completing the adjustment, the joint should be liberally greased to flush out any remaining debris and ensure smooth operation of the components.
