Technical Advice: Cassette seals require high precision during installation. We recommend using a proper installation tool (driver) to distribute the pressing force evenly across the entire circumference of the seal. Before installation, check the hub housing for scratches. Remember not to separate the components of the cassette seal before installation and do not lubricate the inner lip—they are factory-prepared to run dry against their own internal sleeve.
