JCB Drive Shaft Universal Joint Strap - AZERI PARTS

Drive shaft (axle) universal joint strap by AZERI PARTS, designed for powertrain systems in JCB machinery. This component stabilizes the universal joint cross within the drive shaft yoke. Manufactured from material resistant to tension and fatigue, the strap ensures safe torque transmission, eliminating the risk of play and dangerous drivetrain vibrations.

Technical Advice: Proper installation of universal joint straps is critical for the durability of the entire drivetrain. Mounting bolts should be tightened to the correct torque using thread locker to prevent them from loosening under vibration. During every universal joint replacement, it is recommended to inspect the condition of the yoke bores—if they are worn or out of round, even a new strap will not provide stability, which can lead to U-joint failure and serious machine damage during travel.
