Driveshaft Hub Side Telescopic Handler (fits JCB) - OEM 914/70046

OEM-quality driveshaft (wheel hub side) for JCB Loadall telescopic handlers, backhoe loaders and Fastrac tractors. The driveshaft transmits torque from the axle differential to the wheel hub, forming a critical component of the axle drivetrain. It works under heavy load during travel and manoeuvring with a full payload. A damaged driveshaft shows up as a knock, loss of drive to that wheel, or drivetrain vibration. OEM quality - perfect fit and durability identical to the original factory component.

Workshop Technical Tip: A damaged driveshaft shows up as a knock or crack on take-off and torque transfer, loss of drive to that wheel, or drivetrain vibration. When replacing, always check the condition of the splines at both ends - worn or twisted splines mean the entire shaft must be renewed. Also check the condition of the hub and axle seals and bearings - a leak causes oil loss and accelerated wear. Axle work requires the machine to be raised and supported on certified stands. After installation, top up the axle oil to the correct level and check drive operation at low speed before loading the machine.
