JCB Clutch Piston Sealing Liner - AZERI PARTS 04/500201

Thin-walled sealing sleeve by AZERI PARTS, mounted directly on the clutch piston in JCB gearboxes. It is responsible for sealing the piston's working area within the clutch basket, which guarantees the maintenance of proper hydraulic pressure necessary for smooth drive engagement.

Workshop Tip: Due to the thin-walled design of the sleeve, extreme caution should be taken when seating it on the piston. Even a minimal misalignment or a burr on the edge can lead to damage of the rubber seals working with the sleeve. Before assembly, it is recommended to generously lubricate the component with clean ATF or transmission oil to avoid seizing during the first pressurization of the system.
