JCB Clutch Pack Piston O-ring 130mm - ORIGINAL

Original transmission sealing ring (Part number: 828/10181). Dedicated to the drivetrains in a wide range of JCB machines. It maintains the appropriate hydraulic pressure inside the clutch pack. Its correct operation ensures the proper clamping of the friction plates, which translates into smooth gear shifting and eliminates the phenomenon of destructive clutch slip under load.

Technical Advice: During clutch pack regeneration and O-ring replacement, absolute workshop cleanliness must be maintained. Before installing the new ring, make sure the piston groove is completely free of dirt and sharp edges. Always generously lubricate the new O-ring and the cylinder bore with clean gear oil before assembly. Insert the piston evenly (without skewing) to prevent the seal from shearing or rolling up, which would result in an immediate lack of pressure and loss of drive in the machine.
