JCB Gearbox Mounting Bush - AZERI PARTS

Anti-vibration mounting (flexible mount) by AZERI PARTS, designed for JCB machines equipped with Powershift-type transmissions. This component plays a vital role in stabilizing the drivetrain, effectively dampening vibrations and shocks generated during gear shifts and operation in difficult terrain. Made of a rubber-metal composite with precisely selected hardness (SH), the mount prevents the transmission of vibrations to the machine frame, significantly increasing operator comfort and protecting the gearbox housing from fatigue cracks.

Technical Advice: Wear of the mounting bush usually manifests as strong impacts (metallic thumping) when starting or changing travel direction (forward-reverse). During replacement, we recommend checking all gearbox support points—damage to one mount drastically increases the load on the others, leading to premature failure. You should also inspect the condition of the mounting bolts and tighten them to the torque specified in the JCB service manual.
