⚠ Important — verify before ordering: Always verify your machine serial number against the application list before ordering. Even within the same model series (e.g. 416 vs 416B), different torque converter versions may be fitted. Please provide your machine serial number when placing the order if in doubt.
Workshop Technical Tip: Symptoms of a worn torque converter include: no drive or significant delay in drive engagement at full throttle, transmission oil overheating, slippage when trying to drive out of mud or up steep gradients, and dark or burnt-smelling transmission oil. When replacing the converter, always renew the transmission oil, oil filter and check the converter cooling circuit — old oil contains metal particles that will immediately damage the new unit. Before fitting, verify the rotation direction and bolt hole alignment. After installation, the converter must be pre-filled with oil before the first start — even a few seconds of running dry will permanently damage the new converter.
