JCB Main Bearing Cap Bolt M14x164mm - AZERI PARTS

Main bearing cap bolt by AZERI PARTS, designed for engines used in JCB machinery. This component is one of the most highly stressed fasteners in the power unit – it is responsible for the stable mounting of the crankshaft bearing caps (supports) to the engine block. Manufactured from high-grade hardened steel, the bolt must withstand immense tensile forces and vibrations generated during the cylinders' power strokes.

Technical Advice: Main bearing cap bolts are "stretch bolts" (torque-to-yield). Every time the crankshaft is removed or main bearings are replaced, it is absolutely recommended to install brand-new bolts. During tightening, strictly follow the service procedure (proper torque plus angle tightening), as an old bolt may snap or fail to provide the required clamping force, risking engine seizure. Before installation, ensure that the holes in the block are clean and dry.
