ISUZU 4JJ1 Engine Valve Stem Seal (Intake / Exhaust)

Valve stem seal dedicated to modern ISUZU 4JJ1 diesel engines (DOHC 16V). The product retains flexibility in extreme temperatures found in the engine cylinder head. These seals effectively prevent engine oil from entering the combustion chamber, eliminating smoking (so-called blue smoke) and reducing oil consumption.

  • Sealing Precision: Integrated tension spring guarantees constant contact of the sealing lip with the valve stem, even at high engine speeds.

Technical Tip: Valve seals in the 4JJ1 engine (16-valve) should always be replaced in sets (16 pieces). Before installing a new seal, be sure to check the condition of the valve guide – excessive play on the guide will cause rapid wear of even the best seal. During installation, use a protective sleeve on the valve stem to avoid damaging the delicate seal lip against the valve lock grooves.
