Isuzu 4JG / 4JG2 Connecting rod bushing - AZERI PARTS

Connecting rod bushing dedicated to ISUZU 4JG and 4JG2 engines, used in JCB construction machinery. It is a precision bearing element mounted in the connecting rod, responsible for the proper support of the piston pin. Thanks to the use of low-friction alloys, the bushing ensures stable and long-lasting operation of the crank-piston system, even under high operating loads.

  • Precision: Manufactured to guarantee optimal piston pin fitting, minimizing engine vibration and noise.

Technical Advice: Connecting rod bushings are subject to natural wear (ovality), which can lead to the pin striking the bushing walls and accelerated degradation of the entire engine. During every major engine overhaul of the Isuzu 4JG, it is recommended to replace the set of bushings with new AZERI PARTS ones. After pressing the bushing into the connecting rod, ensure that the lubrication hole aligns with the oil channel in the rod and – if necessary – perform precision fitting (reaming) to the specific piston pin dimension.
