Pressurized expansion tank cap by AZERI PARTS, designed for advanced cooling systems in JCB machinery. The cap is calibrated to an opening pressure of 1.0 Bar (100 kPa), which allows for the maintenance of optimal thermal operating conditions for the engine.

Technical Advice: **WARNING! Never unscrew the cap on a hot engine.** The cooling system operates under 1.0 Bar of pressure—sudden opening risks a discharge of boiling liquid and severe burns. If you notice that the coolant level is decreasing despite no visible leaks, or if the hoses are unnaturally hard, a faulty valve in the cap is the most common cause. Regular replacement of the cap (recommended during coolant changes) protects the expansion tank from cracking and prevents cylinder head gasket failure.
