JCB Cooling System Vent Hose - AZERI PARTS

Rubber breather hose by AZERI PARTS, designed for JCB telehandler cooling systems. This component allows for the efficient removal of air bubbles from the cooling circuit to the expansion tank, which prevents airlocks and ensures proper heat exchange. It is made of material resistant to glycol and high engine operating temperatures.

Specifications and Technical Features:

  • Resistance: Resistance to pressure, thermal aging, and cooling system chemicals.

Technical Advice: The permeability of the vent hose is critical for protecting the engine against localized overheating. Even small deposits inside the tube can obstruct the free flow of air to the expansion tank. When replacing the component, check the condition of the hose clamps and the permeability of the hose tails onto which the hose is fitted. If the old part shows signs of hardening or cracking when bent, it indicates rubber structure degradation and the need for replacement to prevent sudden coolant leakage under pressure.
