JCB Thermostat - AZERI PARTS

Cooling system thermostat by AZERI PARTS, a key component responsible for maintaining the optimal operating temperature in JCB machine engines. This component precisely controls the coolant circulation, automatically opening the flow to the radiator (large circuit) once the set temperature is reached. Corrosion-resistant, it prevents the power unit from overheating in tough conditions and shortens its warm-up time.

Technical Advice: A thermostat failure (stuck in the closed position) is the most common cause of sudden engine overheating, which can lead to cylinder head cracking. Conversely, being stuck in the open position results in underheating and increased fuel consumption. When replacing the component, always clean the housing seat and use a new gasket. After installing the new thermostat and topping up the fluid, it is necessary to thoroughly bleed the system with the engine running and the cabin heating turned on.
