The air intake flange gasket is a component of the air supply system in JCB machine engines. It is responsible for a hermetic connection between the manifold and the intake flange, which eliminates the risk of drawing unfiltered air directly into the combustion chamber. Made of materials resistant to high operating temperatures and contact with oil vapors, it ensures stable operation of the intake system in harsh construction site conditions.
