JCB Fuel Injector Pipe (Cylinder 2) 4JJ1 Engine
Fuel injector pipe (injector line) number 2, designed for fuel systems in Isuzu 4JJ1 engines, which are commonly used in JCB machinery. Responsible for the safe and precise delivery of fuel under very high pressure from the fuel rail (Common Rail) directly to the injector on the second cylinder.
Key product features:
- High pressure resistance: Made of thick-walled, seamless steel, designed to safely withstand the extreme pressure spikes and pulsations characteristic of modern Common Rail systems.
- Precise geometry: The shape and bending angles of the pipe perfectly match the original specifications. This eliminates dangerous installation stresses that could lead to the pipe cracking under engine vibration.

Technical Advice: Common Rail injection systems operate under extremely high pressure (often exceeding 1500 bar). According to best service practices, injector pipes are single-use components. Once tightened, the sealing cone deforms, and reinstalling an old pipe carries a huge risk of cracking or micro-leaks of fuel, which can lead to a machine fire. During replacement, absolutely maintain sterile cleanliness (even invisible dust will destroy the injector) and always use a torque wrench, applying the torque strictly according to the engine manufacturer's recommendations.
