JCB Fuel Injection Pump Pressure Relief Valve - AZERI PARTS

Fuel injection pump pressure relief (overflow) valve by AZERI PARTS. Designed for a very wide range of JCB machines. This element plays a role in the fuel system – it is responsible for maintaining and precisely regulating the correct fuel pressure. It effectively protects the injection pump against damage resulting from pressure spikes, smoothly discharging excess fuel back into the circulation, which guarantees smooth, efficient, and trouble-free engine operation.

Workshop Technical Advice: Before proceeding with the valve replacement near the injection pump, absolutely ensure the sterility of the workplace. Diesel injection systems are extremely sensitive to the smallest contaminants (even dust particles), which can permanently block and damage the injectors. Always use new sealing washers (copper or aluminum) to prevent fuel leaks and air suction. After installing the new valve, before attempting to start the engine, thoroughly bleed the fuel system according to the service procedure for your machine model.
