Fuel Return Pipe Copper Seal ISUZU 4HK1 / 6HK1

High-quality copper washer (seal) dedicated to the fuel system of ISUZU engines. This seal is installed on the hollow bolts (banjo bolts) securing the overflow pipe (fuel return) to the injectors or the Common Rail. Made of properly annealed copper, it ensures a perfect fit and the plasticity necessary to achieve a hermetic seal, preventing fuel leaks and pressure drops in the return system.

Reusing an old washer, even after annealing, carries a high risk of leakage. Before installing a new washer, ensure the contact surface on the injector and the overflow bolt is perfectly clean and free of burrs.
