JCB Turbo Intake Hose (49.5x63mm) - AZERI PARTS

Workshop Technical Advice: Before installing the new hose, absolutely check the condition of the hose clamps - if their threads are rusted or the bands are deformed, replace them with new ones to guarantee 100% clamping. Even the smallest leak on the suction section (between the air filter and the turbine) will cause unfiltered dust from the environment to be sucked in. Sand particles will instantly "sandblast" and damage the precise blades of the turbocharger rotor, leading to its failure. Before fitting the hose, degrease the metal spigots.
