JCB Oil Filter Head Gasket (Hose Side)
High-quality oil filter head gasket, dedicated to JCB machinery. It is responsible for sealing the connection between the filter base and the oil lines (hoses). Made of an elastomer resistant to high temperatures, sudden pressure surges, and chemical degradation caused by hot engine and hydraulic oil.

Workshop Technical Tip: When replacing the gasket, the contact surfaces of the filter head and the hose connectors must be thoroughly cleaned of old seal residue and carbon deposits. Even minor contaminants can cause micro-leaks. Before installation, it is recommended to moisten the gasket with fresh engine oil, which will facilitate its proper seating and prevent "pinching" or folding during the tightening of the lines.
