Technical Advice: An oil leak from the transmission cooler hoses is a failure that must not be ignored! The loss of oil quickly leads to a pressure drop in the transmission, which causes slipping and instant burning of the clutch discs. When replacing the hose, make sure that the fittings at the cooler and transmission are perfectly clean and free of sharp burrs. Always use new hose clamps with appropriate clamping force (preferably GBS bolt clamps) – old clamps often no longer provide even pressure, which leads to the new hose "sweating".
