JCB Hydraulic Pump Vibration Damping Bush - AZERI PARTS 156/11803
The vibration damping bush (silentblock) is a vibration isolation element designed for mounting the hydraulic pump in JCB machinery. Its primary task is to absorb high-pressure pulsations and mechanical vibrations generated by the pump during operation. Thanks to the use of a rubber compound with a hardness of 70 Shore A, this element effectively protects the machine frame against fatigue cracks.

Workshop Tip: Vibration damping bushes are wear parts that harden or perish over time, especially when in contact with leaking hydraulic oil. If you notice increased vibrations in the hydraulic lines or unusual shaking of the machine frame, check the condition of all the pump mounting bushes. We recommend replacing the entire set to ensure an even distribution of stress and to protect the drive shaft splines on the hydraulic pump.
