A complete hydraulic cylinder repair seal kit by GMOVE. This is a versatile package designed for many key circuits in JCB machines, including stabilizer (outrigger) cylinders, telescopic extension, multipurpose (clam) bucket control, and bucket tilt. It effectively restores full hydraulic efficiency, preventing the arm from dropping under load and preventing oil leaks.

Workshop Technical Advice: Meticulous preparation of the cylinder before replacing the seals is the foundation of success. Thoroughly clean the interior of the cylinder and the grooves in the gland and on the piston. Assess the condition of the rod's chrome coating – any sharp mechanical damage, scratches, or chips can quickly damage the new seal lip. When installing rigid Teflon (PTFE) seals, it is helpful to gently heat them in warm water, which will increase their flexibility and prevent cracking. Always moisten the components with clean hydraulic oil during assembly to avoid dry running during the first start-up.
