Cylinder Refurbishment – Seal Kits

Oil leaking from the gland or arm drifting (internal leak on the piston) is a sign for refurbishment. We offer complete Azeri Parts seal kits, containing:

  • Gland seals: Wipers and U-ring pressure seals.
  • Piston seals: Guide rings and double-acting seals.
  • O-rings: Securing static connections.

Cylinder Parts – Rods and Glands

When resealing is not enough (e.g., the rod is scratched or bent), refurbishment requires replacing hard parts. We stock:

  • Piston Rods: Chromed, corrosion-resistant, with ready threads and eyes.
  • Glands (Heads): Guide elements for the rod, where seals are mounted.
  • Pistons: Internal components working inside the cylinder tube.

How to identify a cylinder without a plate?

Look for numbers stamped directly on the gland (the round "head" of the cylinder where the rod exits). If absent, measure the rod outer diameter and cylinder inner diameter.

What does a seal kit contain?

A typical Azeri Parts kit contains a complete set of all rubber and Teflon seals needed to refurbish one specific cylinder (gland and piston set).
