The kit perfectly fits cylinder tubes with a massive internal bore of 140 mm working alongside a robust 75 mm diameter rod. Technical Advice: A 140 mm bore lift cylinder is exceptionally heavy and constitutes a critical safety component of the machine. Before attempting to remove the holding pins, make absolutely sure the telescopic boom is mechanically blocked and solidly supported! Due to the immense working pressures, the seals for these dimensions are very thick and rigid. Prior to installing the piston seal pack onto the 75 mm rod, it is highly recommended to soak the rings in hot hydraulic oil for an extended period. This makes them pliable, facilitating stretching during installation, preventing permanent material cracking, and making it easier to insert the piston back into the cylinder bore.
