JCB Boom Cylinder Seal Kit (60x110mm) - 991/10148
Complete hydraulic seal kit dedicated to the main boom cylinder in JCB mini excavators. The kit includes all necessary components (rod seals, piston seals, wiper rings, and O-rings) required for full cylinder refurbishment. Made of polyurethane and NBR rubber with high resistance to abrasion and hardening under the influence of the hydraulic system's operating temperature.

Technical Advice: Before installing the seals, carefully inspect the condition of the rod surface. Any pitting, deep scratches, or chrome chips on the rod will lead to immediate damage to the new seals. When fitting the rings onto the piston, it is recommended to pre-warm them slightly in clean hydraulic oil, which facilitates installation and minimizes the risk of accidental material cuts. After assembling the cylinder, it is advisable to perform several full operating cycles without load to bleed the system.
