A universal hydraulic cylinder seal kit (repair kit) by GMOVE. Originally dedicated to servicing the quick hitch cylinder, however, due to its standard dimensions, it is also very widely used in dipper arm, bucket, steering system, and tow hitch cylinders in many JCB machines. It effectively eliminates internal and external leaks, restoring full strength and operational precision of the components.

Workshop Technical Advice: Quick hitch cylinders operate in an area highly exposed to impacts, mud, and dust, which is why the condition of the wiper seal is critical in them. Always before installing new seals, make sure that the threads on the gland and rod do not have burrs that could cut the new material during assembly. When sliding the rod back into the cylinder (especially with small diameters like 50 mm), maintain perfect concentricity. Remember to test the cylinder dry (manually) after assembly, and after connecting the hydraulics, cycle it to the extreme positions several times to remove residual air.
