The AZERI PARTS track tensioner seal is a sealing component designed for operation in the demanding conditions of JCB crawler undercarriages. It is responsible for maintaining grease pressure within the tensioning cylinder, which is crucial for proper track tension. Workshop Technical Tip: Failure of this seal manifests as rapid loosening of the track despite regular grease pumping into the tensioner. When replacing the seal, thoroughly inspect the surface of the tensioner cylinder piston rod. If deep scratches or corrosion pitting are visible, the new seal may be damaged prematurely. Before installation, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the inside of the cylinder from residues of old, contaminated grease.
