Workshop Technical Tip: The ECOMAX Tier 4 engine is sensitive to fuel cleanliness - always replace the water separator and main fuel filter together. When servicing, also check the inner air filter (safety element) - replace it if the outer filter was heavily contaminated, as cleaning the safety element is prohibited. The gearbox filter - often overlooked during services - has a critical impact on Powershift gearbox longevity. Replace the cab filter even if the machine works in a clean environment - damp filter media can harbour mould and bacteria harmful to the operator.
