Technical Advice: Bushings in the loader arm operate in high-dust conditions and under variable loads. Regular lubrication (according to the machine's maintenance schedule) is essential to remove contaminants from the inside of the bushing and create a lubricating film that protects the pin. If "knocking" or play is detected in the arm, the bushing must be replaced immediately—operating with worn-out bushings leads to irreversible damage (ovalization) of the seats in the arm structure, resulting in very expensive workshop repairs.
