JCB Cylinder Tension Bushing 40x46.5x70mm - AZERI PARTS

Steel tension bushing (spring type) by AZERI PARTS, designed for installation in the hydraulic cylinder seats of JCB machinery. Thanks to its specific split design, this bushing fits perfectly into the seat, compensating for minor dimensional inaccuracies and ensuring stable pin mounting. The component is made of heat-treated spring steel, which allows for effective vibration damping and the handling of high dynamic loads in the working systems of telescopic handlers.

Technical Advice: Tension bushings are designed to operate under a constant preload within the seat. During installation, avoid using heavy steel hammers directly on the bushing edge, as this may lead to cracking—the use of appropriate drift punches or a press is recommended. Regular lubrication of the mating pin prevents seizure and accelerated wear of the friction surface. If you notice the bushing "walking" or loose in the cylinder seat, check if the seat is excessively worn (ovalized), which might require bore restoration before installing the new part.
