JCB Pin Spacer Shim 120x60.5x1.4mm - AZERI PARTS

Spacer shim (adjustment washer). Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. A specialized component used to eliminate axial play in the pin joints of JCB machinery. It is responsible for the correct positioning of attachments within the boom lugs and protects the face surfaces of the bushings from excessive wear, stabilizing the operation of the kinematic system.

Technical Advice: Operating with excessive lateral play on the pin causes uneven wear of the seals (dust wipers) and accelerated ovalization of the boom housings. It is recommended to select shims so that the clearance after assembly is minimal but still allows for free lubrication of the joint. During installation, it is helpful to coat the shim surface with a thin layer of grease to help it adhere while sliding the pin in.
