JCB Boom Bush Wiper Seal - AZERI PARTS LAU0130

The Dust Seal (external bushing seal) by AZERI PARTS is designed to protect the boom bushings in JCB machinery. Unlike hydraulic seals, this component is mounted directly into the pin bushing seat. Its task is to seal the pin connection, retain grease inside, and block dust, sand, and water from reaching the working surface of the bushing.

Technical Specification and Parameters:

  • Internal Diameter (for pin): 80 mm.
  • External Diameter (bushing seat): 95 mm.
  • Application: Axial sealing of boom joints – connection to the cylinder.
  • Function: Protection of the bushing and pin against dry friction and abrasive contaminants.

Tracked Excavators JS Series (TRACKED), JZ Series
Wheeled Excavators JS 200 WHEELED, JS200W [T3] (2007 - 2015)
Technical Advice: A damaged bushing dust seal causes grease to be washed out instantly, while incoming sand creates an "abrasive paste" that destroys the hardened layer of the pin and wears out the bushing seat. During every pin or arm bushing replacement, installing new 80x95mm seals is mandatory to avoid structural play in the machine's linkage, which is significantly more difficult and expensive to repair than standard hydraulic seals.
