JCB Differential Friction Disc Separator - OEM
Differential friction disc separator (so-called steel separator plate) manufactured to OEM standards, designed for drive axles in JCB construction machinery. This component works directly with the friction discs, creating a pack responsible for the smooth operation of the differential (e.g., limited-slip differential - LSD) or wet brakes. It guarantees reliable torque transmission, optimal friction, and effective heat dissipation from the loaded friction joint.

Technical Advice: When repairing a differential or wet brake system, it is strictly recommended to replace the entire pack—i.e., both the friction discs and the steel separator plates. Leaving old separator plates, which may have undergone micro-warping due to temperature, will drastically shorten the lifespan of the new friction discs. Before installation, be sure to soak all new elements of the pack in clean gear oil (compliant with the machine's specification) for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during the first dry rotations.
