Hub seal (oil seal) by AZERI PARTS, designed for wheel hubs in heavy-duty JCB telescopic handlers. This component plays a crucial role in the drivetrain, preventing oil or grease leaks from the hub interior and protecting the bearings from external contaminants such as mud, dust, or water. Made of a resistant elastomer compound with a metal reinforcement and a garter spring, ensuring tightness even in extreme field conditions.

Technical Advice: Before installing a new oil seal, thoroughly clean the shaft surface and the hub seat. Any scratches on the surface mating with the sealing lip can lead to an immediate leak after installation. It is recommended to lightly moisten the sealing lip with clean oil before seating to prevent "dry running" in the first seconds after the machine starts moving. For installation, it is best to use a press or a specialized seal driver to evenly distribute the pressure on the metal casing of the seal, avoiding deformation.
