JCB Intake Valve Seat - ORIGINAL

Original intake valve seat designed for new generation JCB engines (including Dieselmax and Ecomax series). This is a precision component pressed into the cylinder head, ensuring perfect combustion chamber sealing and efficient heat dissipation from the valve head.

Technical Advice: Valve seat installation requires specialized equipment and high precision. The best seating method utilizes temperature differential (cooling the seat in liquid nitrogen or a freezer while simultaneously heating the cylinder head). After installation, it is mandatory to lap the new valves using grinding paste to achieve 100% airtightness. Before closing the head, check the valve protrusion above the head surface according to the JCB service manual.
