JCB Coolant Reservoir Supply Hose (FI 35mm) - AZERI PARTS
Cooling system hose by AZERI PARTS, designed to connect the expansion tank with the cooling circuit in JCB telehandlers. The hose is made of a flexible rubber compound, which provides excellent resistance to the degrading effects of glycol, operating pressure, and temperature fluctuations prevailing in the engine compartment.

Technical Advice: Before proceeding with the hose replacement, absolutely make sure that the machine's engine has cooled down completely to avoid severe burns from hot fluid under pressure. The connection spigots should be thoroughly cleaned of deposits (scale) before slipping on the new hose. Always use brand new hose clamps of the appropriate size. Avoid overtightening the screw clamps, as this may lead to cutting through the rubber structure of the hose. After installation and topping up the fluid level, do not forget to properly bleed the cooling system.
