JCB T4 Radiator Upper Hose - ORIGINAL
Original upper radiator hose designed for JCB telescopic handlers equipped with new generation power units (Tier 4 / T4 emission standards). This component is responsible for transporting hot coolant from the engine block to the radiator. It is resistant to high pressure, glycol, and the high temperatures found under the hood.
Features and Technical Parameters:
- Application: Cooling system for JCB EcoMax engines (T4 versions).
- Material: Multi-layer rubber with textile reinforcement, resistant to aging and fatigue cracking.
- Geometry: Precision-molded (profiled) to prevent kinking and contact with moving engine parts.
- Durability: High resistance to vacuum, preventing the hose from "collapsing" during rapid changes in engine RPM.

Technical Advice: In T4 engines, the cooling system operates under higher pressure than in older units. Regularly check if the hose has become too soft ("swollen") or if micro-cracks have appeared near the couplings. When replacing the hose, it is always recommended to use new hose clamps and check the condition of the coolant. Ensure the hose is installed with safe clearance from the turbocharger housing and exhaust manifold.
