JCB Heater Return Hose - AZERI PARTS
Flexible hose by AZERI PARTS, designed for the cooling and cabin heating systems of JCB machinery. This line is responsible for carrying cooled coolant from the heater core back into the engine circuit.

Technical Advice: When replacing a heater hose, it is always recommended to use new worm-gear or spring-type hose clamps to avoid micro-leaks under pressure. After installing the hose and topping up the coolant, it is necessary to properly bleed the heating system – otherwise, an air lock may form in the heater core, resulting in a lack of heat in the cabin despite the engine being up to temperature. Regularly inspect hoses for cracks and rubber hardening, which are natural signs of wear after several years of operation.
