Intake system flexible connector (hose) by AZERI PARTS, connecting the turbocharger with the charge air cooler (intercooler). This element is dedicated to popular JCB Loadall telehandlers.

Technical Advice: A ruptured intercooler hose means an immediate drop in power, a loud "whistle" or hissing during acceleration, and often thick, black smoke from the exhaust pipe (the engine gets fuel, but lacks air). Before installing a new connector, strictly degrease the metal spigots of the turbocharger and intercooler. Installing a new hose on an oiled pipe will cause the hose to simply slip off under boost pressure, taking off the clamp. Always use new, wide GBS-type hose clamps that do not damage the rubber and ensure even pressure.
