This bolt is responsible for the secure and stable connection of the rear backhoe carriage sideshift locking mechanism (kingpost). Technical Tip: Always tighten the hydraclamp bolts using a torque wrench, strictly following the torque specification provided in the machine's service manual. Under-tightening can cause vibrations and leaks from the housing, while over-tightening the thread will drastically weaken the material and potentially cause the bolt to break under working load. Also, check the condition of the thread in the housing itself.
