Technical Advice: When installing a pump with a common inlet (SAE 2"), ensure the suction hose has the correct diameter and does not show a tendency to collapse under pressure. Before the initial startup, the pump must be primed with clean hydraulic oil, and the system thoroughly bled to prevent cavitation, which could permanently damage the gears and seals.
