Technical Advice: Before every connection of the quick coupling, make absolutely sure that both sides (plug and socket) are thoroughly cleaned of sand, dirt, and dust. Contaminants introduced into the circuit are the main cause of seizure in hydraulic distributors and pumps. Also, remember to "release the pressure" (e.g., by moving the joystick with the engine turned off) before attempting to connect or disconnect the attachment. When the quick couplings remain disconnected, always protect them with dedicated dust caps and plugs.
