Workshop Tip:This kit is dedicated specifically to the lift cylinder (Boom) with dimensions 80x40mm. In 802 and 803 models, the arm (Dipper) and bucket (Bucket) cylinders may have different diameters. Before purchasing, always measure the diameter of the chrome rod and the outer diameter of the cylinder tube (subtracting the wall thickness) to be 100% sure.
During assembly, pay special attention to the installation direction of the U-cup sealing rings. Also remember about absolute cleanliness at the workstation - before finally inserting the rod, generously lubricate the gland and seals with clean hydraulic oil.
