Cylinder Seal Kit BOOM 40x80mm (fits JCB) - GMOVE 991/20007
High-quality main cylinder (BOOM) seal repair kit by GMOVE. The kit is dedicated to JCB mini excavators and smaller tracked excavators. Designed for cylinders with an internal cylinder diameter of 80 mm and a rod diameter of 40 mm. The use of precisely manufactured, modern GMOVE seals guarantees the restoration of full efficiency to the hydraulic system, effectively eliminates leaks, and ensures the maintenance of optimal machine working pressure during arm lifting.
High resistance and durability: GMOVE seal kits are manufactured from selected, high-grade materials (polyurethane, Teflon, NBR) resistant to extremely high pressures, temperature fluctuations, and contaminants occurring in hydraulic systems. The specialized profile of the rings provides maximum protection for the BOOM cylinder, which is one of the most heavily loaded working components of the machine.

Workshop Tip: A lift cylinder leak is a signal that cannot be ignored, as it is directly responsible for the safety of working with the load.
Golden rules for hydraulic cylinder regeneration:
1. Dimension verification: Before purchasing, make 100% sure that you are measuring the outer diameter of the chrome rod (40mm) and the inner diameter of the cylinder (80mm). Machine manufacturers often used different hydraulic system variants within a single series.
2. Rod surface evaluation: Before installing the seal pack, carefully inspect the chrome rod under strong light. Even minor impacts or perceptible scratches will quickly destroy the new seals.
3. Careful seal installation: Avoid using sharp tools (e.g., flathead screwdrivers) to press in hard seals. Any mechanical nicks on the lip lead to immediate leaks under pressure. Always generously lubricate the components with clean hydraulic oil before assembly.
